Based on our management philosophy, we aim to unleash the creativity of our people and create a sustainable society of the future by continuing to work closely with our customers and making contributions. We support the ideal sustainable society with the triad: people, high-quality products and services, and global environment. Toward the realization of this ideal society, we are working on three activities: "people's happiness", "strengthening management foundation" and "contribution to society". We contribute to achieving the "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" agreed upon by the international community.

01 ISO14001：Environmental Protection Initiatives
We have acquired ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and under our environmental policy that aim to reduce environmental impact and contribute to the environment, we are promoting the reduction of environmentally hazardous substances and the appropriate management of chemical substances. We are also encouraging the achievement of energy conservation and the reduction of waste in the manufacturing processes.
We are constantly striving for sustainable business models by upgrading our management systems as a company that can contribute to our customers and the local community.
02 Social Contribution and Ethical Management
It is our fundamental philosophy to respond promptly and appropriately to the rapidly changing social environment and fulfill our social responsibilities. We encourage employee's comfort and mental health by creating a comfortable working environment, and foster a corporate culture that is considerate of the environment, contributes to the community, and respects each other's diversity and human rights. We comply with the law and conduct our business in a fair and ethical manner. Furthermore, we maintain transparency and accountability to all stakeholders in our corporate responsibility.

We constantly strive to develop one-of-a-kind technologies and products. In order to promptly respond to the change in customer needs, we aim to innovate our technology and production processes without being constrained by preconceived notions. As a mid- to long-term goal, we are currently promoting digital transformation, aiming to be a company with sustainable growth through business innovation.
04 The Challenge of a Decarbonized Society
We aim to be a company that contributes to preventing environmental destruction caused by global warming, and are putting effort to become carbon neutral. We are actively working to reduce (reduce and suppress) CO2 emissions by conserving energy in our production processes. We will also continue to promote efforts to build smart factories, and contribute to creating a rich global environment by advancing our business toward the realization of a carbon-free society.

Quality System
We have established a thorough quality control system to provide our customers with products and services they can trust. We have introduced a management system that complies with international standards to realize sustainable product manufacturing in terms of both quality and the environment.
ISO9001 Quality and Service Improvement Initiatives
Same as Environment Management System, we have also obtained ISO9001 certification and constantly put effort to improve customer satisfaction. Through continuous improvement in the operation of our quality and environmental management systems, we have been able to provide higher quality products and services. We will proceed to develop sustainable products for our customers and all other stakeholders by continuing these activities towards the future.
